To reset your password for your support portal account, select “forgot your password?” on the login screen.

Enter your email address and select 'Reset my password'. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your email. If you do not see the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Select the link in the email which will take you to a page to create a new password.
