A support portal account can be created two ways:


1. Through the portal: 

  1. Visit https://affinityworks.freshdesk.com 
  2. Select ‘Sign up with us’ 
  3. Enter your name, email address, choose the site which you would like query about, complete the Captcha test and submit your registration.
  4. Check your email for a verification email (if you do not see this email, check your spam folder).
  5. Select the link which will take you to a page to create a password. Once completed you will gain access to the portal.


2. Through email:
