A support portal account can be created two ways:
1. Through the portal:
- Visit https://affinityworks.freshdesk.com
 - Select ‘Sign up with us’
 - Enter your name, email address, choose the site which you would like query about, complete the Captcha test and submit your registration.
 - Check your email for a verification email (if you do not see this email, check your spam folder).
 - Select the link which will take you to a page to create a password. Once completed you will gain access to the portal.
 
2. Through email:
- Email helpdesk@affinityworks.co.uk
 - Check your email for a verification email (if you do not see this email, check your spam folder).
